Yazdani Studio of CannonDesign in partnership with MHTN Architects continues to translate the vision of the new Impact and Prosperity Epicenter building with new renderings of what to expect once the construction is complete. The new building site is located to the east of the Lassonde Studios and just north of Student Life Way. Upon completion, the Epicenter will be home to 775 residents with three housing options designed to meet the unique needs of students throughout their academic journey. In addition to student housing, the building will be home to the Center for Business, Health, and Prosperity and the Sorenson Impact Center. Both centers will host a multitude of programming including trainings, workshops, guest speakers, cultural events, impact collaborations, networking events, conferences, mentorship, and community outreach.

Crews from Okland Construction continue to brave the elements to keep construction on track for the Impact and Prosperity Epicenter fall 2024 opening date. Take a look below at what to expect once construction is complete.
