Health 2 Go (H2Go) is a community-based primary healthcare program that focuses on improving the health of communities. The program is currently implemented in two geographically diverse areas in Ghana, the Lower Manya Krobo and Barakese Districts of Ghana. Over 20,000 community members have participated, with an emphasis on treating basic illnesses among children ages 0 – 5.
