The MHA program is excited to introduce Jann Lefler as adjunct faculty. She will be instructing our students in Healthcare Strategic Management and Healthcare Operations.
Jann Lefler joined University of Utah Health in 2008 and currently serves as Sr. Director of Strategic Alliances in the Office of Network Development and Telehealth, University of Utah Health.
Before joining University of Utah Health, Jann owned her own consulting firm where she consulted with healthcare organizations and small businesses in strategic planning, product and services development, technology planning, project management leadership, process redesign, and general operations.
Jann worked at Siemens Medical Solutions for eight years. She completed her years with them serving as Managing Director of Siemens Medical Solutions, Global Solutions, where she traveled extensively across the USA, Canada, and Europe leading a team of senior-level consultants and working with numerous clients in developing clinical, operations, and technology innovations to support better patient outcomes.
Jann began her career with Intermountain Health Care where she served in a number of management roles including Director, Ambulatory Services, Salt Lake Valley Health Systems and Member of Corporate Physician Network Development Team; Senior Administrative Fellow; Director of Marketing, IHC Laboratory Services; and Marketing Manager, IHC Health Plans.
Jann earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in healthcare finance and administration from Brigham Young University.
