Part of the Business Student Government’s mission is the dedication to the service and betterment of the community, both within the Eccles School and surrounding areas. During Fall Semester, we were able to organize two service projects: Care with Bears and Hope & Hygiene.

For our October service project, Care with Bears, the student-body helped assemble over 100 care packages for children at the Primary Children’s hospital. Each child received a stuffed bear and a handwritten note from an Eccles student.

The November service project, Hope & Hygiene, resulted in over 120 completed hygiene kits. These kits, containing toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs, were donated to Fourth Street Clinic. Fourth Street Clinic provides individuals who are experiencing homelessness with resources to improve their health and quality of life by offering health care.

We look forward to more events in the Spring, and we want to express our gratitude for everyone who contributed in supporting these wonderful causes! In addition, the Eccles School has resources for students who are experiencing various needs. Visit our site here to learn more.
