Editor’s Note: This is one of a series of vlogs created by our current MSBA/MSIS students. You can see the full series here.
Daniel, an MSBA student at the David Eccles School of Business, gives an excellent explanation and describes his personal experiences with an idea known as the Parkinson Principle, how to think about personal limits, and what you can do to stop limiting yourself.
Daniel Lane is an ambassador for the Master of Science in Business Analytics program here at the Eccles School. He recently earned his Bachelor of Economics from the University of Utah in Spring 2021, and he decided to continue his education by earning his master’s degree. The MSBA program seemed to have the right combination of courses to build upon what he learned during his undergraduate studies while also pushing him to learn new things. He is already appreciating the opportunities it’s been giving him, and he’s looking forward to more experiences in the future!
