Eccles Research Behavioral Seed Grant

Background:

Each year the Dean’s office allocates funds to promote behavioral research and encourage researchers to seek extramural funding. Proposals are requested and evaluated on ongoing basis.

Eligibility:
Eccles full-time faculty with demonstrated success in completing and publishing research, and PhD students conducting research under the supervision of a qualified faculty mentor. Selection Criteria:

  • Strength of project rationale
  • Clarity, creativity, and feasibility of the project
  • Timeliness of the project
  • Potential of the project to generate future research and publications
  • Potential of the project to generate future extramural funding.

  • Proposal (Including Timeline) 2 pages
  • Budget & Justification
  • IRB Approval Number (If the proposed research involves human subjects)
