Ashley Victoria Hekking is the 2020 outstanding graduate for her tremendous achievements in the Marketing program. Ashley grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah, and will graduate with her honors degree in Marketing. “Victoria is an enthusiastic and outstanding Business Scholar and Honors Student – ready to tackle the technology and methodology to implement today’s innovative marketing strategies in the 21st Century marketplace,” said Paul Dowling, Assistant Professor of Marketing. “She has proven herself in numerous practical applications using what she has learned here at the University of Utah, including as an intern at the Education Management start-up firm Construct here in Salt Lake City. As Victoria takes the next steps along her chosen career path, or to pursue further education, she will bring thoughtful insights and superior intelligence to her journey.” Victoria plans to continue working as a Marketing Coordinator at Construct before attending graduate school in a few years. What was your most memorable experience as an Eccles student?
I really enjoyed my Eccles study abroad experience in Barcelona, Spain.
What clubs, competitions, and/or activities did you participate in?
Business Scholars, Daniels Fund Ethics Case Competition, Honors College, Tennis Club, and Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute Student Leader.
