Get a glimpse into some organizations and the events they hold at the David Eccles School of Business. Brenda starts at a Gala, then checks out the Career Center which offers counselors to help you with anything career related, a closet full of professional clothes to borrow for interviews, and a private room equipped with everything you might need for a virtual job interview. She attends a career fair and ends the vlog with grabbing a bite to eat with friends.
Brenda is a first semester student from Peru pursuing her Master’s of Science in Information Systems. Before coming to the Eccles School, she earned her bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing in Florida in 2017. Later, she went to work in marketing and operations in the banking industry. While working in the business world, she discovered how much she enjoys learning about applied technologies and decided to move to Salt Lake to learn from experts in the field. When Brenda is not learning about technology, she likes to travel, learn about different cultures, sing karaoke, and dance.
