Join us for an India and International Student-focused Info Session webinar to learn more about earning your MSIS degree at the David Eccles School of Business! Join us for lunch with an MSBA Graduate Ambassador!

Learn more about the MSBA program over lunch with a graduate ambassador (GA). Our GAs are current students, and they’ll be available to answer any questions and share their experience in the MSBA or MSIS program. You’ll have the opportunity to network with our students and enjoy a complimentary midday meal on campus in a casual and sociable environment.

Lunch events are typically held once per month. Limited seats are available, so we encourage you to register well ahead of the date. We look forward to seeing you!

Our admission team is available during online drop-in office hours to answer all your admission questions. Click the link below during office hours to join our Zoom meeting room. All times are Mountain Time.

Online Drop-In hours:

Monday: 1 – 3 p.m.
Tuesday: 11 – 1 p.m.
Wednesday: 2 – 4 p.m.
Thursday: 9 – 11 a.m.

Out of Office: Our team is unavailable for drop-in office hours on July 25, July 27, Sept. 5, Nov. 24, and Nov. 25.

Have additional questions about the program? Schedule an individual appointment for your opportunity to meet virtually or by phone with our MSBA Admissions Team and discuss the application process.

We will answer your questions about graduate program application requirements and provide insight into how applications are evaluated by our admission committee. We can also tell you more about the program, including average candidate statistics, possible job opportunities, tuition, and what to expect in MSBA classes. The average appointment length is around 10-30 minutes, depending on how many questions you have.

As a prospective MSBA student, you may have several questions about the program: How do I know if the program is right for me? What types of careers will an MSBA degree prepare me for? What are the networking opportunities?

One of the best ways to get to know our program is to meet with one of our graduate ambassadors. As current students, our graduate ambassadors can give you an up-close look at what you can expect from the program and how it can help you meet your goals. They can also assist with the application process and offer tips for submitting your best application.

Meet our Graduate Ambassadors
Want an idea of what your time in the MSBA program will actually be like? Prospective students can attend a live MSBA class with one of our program ambassadors. Classroom visits offer the opportunity to meet current students as well as experience a graduate classroom environment.

Please contact MSBAinfo@Eccles.Utah.edu to request a classroom visit. Note that class availability may be limited during the summer months.

Directions to the Eccles School

The David Eccles School of Business is located two miles east of downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, in the Spencer Fox Eccles Business Building at the University of Utah campus. The MSBA admissions office is located on the south end of the third floor.

  • For visitors arriving by car, the best place to park is in the visitor pay lot directly south of the Eccles School.
  • TRAX light rail and UTA public bus also have many convenient stops close to the Eccles School campus.
  • Take 400 South going east toward the University (turns into 500 South at 1000 East).
  • Turn left at the stop light at the intersection of 1580 East and 500 South.
  • Veer right and continue going east onto South Campus Drive.
  • Turn left at the first light –1725 East.
  • This becomes Campus Center Drive.
  • Follow around to the right until you reach the visitor parking lot.

  • Take Foothill Boulevard north to Mario Capecchi Drive, turning right onto Mario Capecchi Drive.
  • Turn left at the first light (South Campus Drive).
  • Turn right onto 1725 East (Campus Center Drive), the second light past the Huntsman Center.
  • Follow around to the right until you reach the visitor parking lot.
