The Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative hosted “Forensic Accounting: Ethics in Exposing Fraud and Money Laundering” on Nov. 14, 2023. Brooke Karrington, Principal at Karrington Financial Forensics, discussed the importance of integrity. She spoke about her work in forensic accounting, where the big question is, “Where did the money go?” “Fraud can always be traced,” she said with a smile.” It all goes somewhere.”
Ms. Karrington has spent over 30 years investigating cases involving missing, misappropriated, or contested funds and criminal defense. Her expertise has seen her render testimony in federal and state courts and administrative and legislative hearings.
