Yihui Pan is an Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Utah. She received her doctoral degree in Finance from University of Minnesota in 2011, and her master’s degree in Business Administration and German Studies from University of Mannheim. Her research focuses on corporate governance. Her work on the role of corporate management and firm-CEO matching has been published in the Review of Financial Studies, Management Science, and the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis. She has taught undergraduate level classes both at Minnesota and Utah, and doctoral level classes in Corporate Finance.
