Timing:  Purchased close to six month high.
Reason:  The Babies "R" Us segment of the company has been profitable and is growing strongly, while the Toys "R" Us segment has struggled in the face of competition from WalMart. Members of the class did a break-up analysis and concluded that the company was undervalued, particularly if the Babies segment is spun off.

Timing:  The company was delisted.
Reason:  The company was aquired and taken private. We received cash for the shares. Our analysts recomended the company on the basis that they believed that the company's break-up value exceeded its value intact. Clearly, KKR agreed. Our analysts pointed out the value of Babies "R" Us, whose profits were being used to cover losses in the toy stores. The aquirers were particularly interested in the real estate assets.
