Timing:  Bought near the six month high.
Reason:  We beleive the stock has been undervalued and beleive the growth potential and the margin enhancement initiatives will positively affect the value of the company. We believe that macroeconomic events will have limited impact on the company, and have a one-year price target of $76.

Reason:  The stock does not fit the fund's new focus on small to mid cap companies. In addition, the company's earnings performance has been lackluster the last few quarters. The fund managers do not believe that trend will change soon.
