Timing:  Stock is close to low. Class had seen presentations from members on a couple of companies.
Reason:  Stock seemed undervalued and looked like it was poised for short-term growth. With low interest rates large amounts of debt issuance should occur helping their bond rating services business. Also, the recession usually leads to flight back to education which the company should benefit from.

Timing:  The stock hovered in the $64-$66 price range for the next month.
Reason:  The stock was at our price target and we felt it was a good time to sell and secure our profits.
