Timing:  The stock is trading toward the bottom of its six month range.
Reason:  Intuitive Surgical is the most advanced robotic minimally invasive surgical system available. It has become the preferred option for prostatectomies and is approved for 14 other surgeries. MIS reduces patient trauma, reduces hospital stays, and has better outcomes. We believe that investors are avoiding underestimating the demand for MIS in the downturn.

Reason:  The stock hit our target price, just weeks after our purchase. We are selling our position in the Milner portfolio and holding our position in the Davidson portfolio, as our revenue forecasts were quite conservative.
