Timing:  Bought near to six month low.
Reason:  The company has an attractive business model. Customers are original equipment manufacturers rather than retail consumers and production is out sourced. Consequently, Forward has a very small workforce consisting of designers and salespeople.

Reason:  Forward has rebounded from its low of about $8 per share, but shows no prospect of increasing substantially in the short run. We sold to free up funds for an investment in a different sector.
