Purchase
Timing:  The company has recently had a significant drop in price.
Reason:  Historically, the earnings during 3Q and 4Q have been lower than the 1Q and 2Q. My assumption is that people get lazy during fall 3Q and winter 4Q and then start enrolling in weight loss programs as we reach the end of the year and the stock's price continue to pick up until summer(because everybody wants to look good in their bikinis!.

Sale
Timing:
Reason:  We bought hopng to capitalize on New Year's Resolution diet pledges. In addition to an end of year bounce, E-Diet announced new products during the period we held the stock. We sold at the end of January, as we had planned.
