Purchase
Timing:  We bought at the 6-month high.
Reason:  The company has been been growing rapidly and its financials are strong. With reasonable sustained growth in earnings, the stock price should appreciate significantly. The stock is price attractively both as a multiple of forward EBITDA and relative to comparable transactions.

Sale
Timing:  x
Reason:  Comcast has not been a high growth stock. It has a reasonably high dividend yield, but the total return is comparatively low relative to our other holdings. More households are switching from cable to streaming services. Comcast's streaming platform is not particularly user friendly. Other platforms are engaging in a bidding war for content which is likely to hurt Comcast's margins in the future.
