Reason:  Although Activision beat estimates for Q3 earnings, the company decreased outlook for Q4 causing the stock's price to fall significantly, creating a buing oportunity. ATVI continues to have seven billion-dollar game franchises, has a significant presence in mobile gaming, and has a new game in Overwatch, which is selling well in Asia.

Reason:  ActivionBlizzard stock has been adversely affected by claims of a hostile working environment. The company recently announced a settlement with former employees. ATVI has a number of strong franchise titles which continue to have a loyal base. However, analysts are concerned that the customer base is not growing and new, original titles have not enjoyed the success of prior titles. Other gaming companies have also been more innovative in exploring different revenue models.
