Reason:  Zuora was an early leader in the subscription management area. As more companies move to subscription models, the addressable market is large and is expanding rapidly. Zuora's stock price plunged after releasing information about bookings declines. The company has since hired a Chief Restructuring Officer. We anticipate that the stock price will improve as the company gets back on track.

Reason:  We sold Zuora to generate cash prior to D. A. Davidson's annual portfolio reset. The stock recently rose significantly following news of an expanded partnership with GoCardless.
