Timing:  Energy prices have dropped precipitously since the summer.
Reason:  Energy prices have dropped significantly. We anticipate that they will rebound at some point. Williams has good reserves, is vertically integrated, and has attractive margins. Natural gas is cleaner than coal, and should be attractive as we move to cleaner energy.

Reason:  Natural gas prices are half what they were six months ago. Inventories continue to be high. Williams is already trading at a relatively high multiple of earnings. We expect the stock price will decline as the company's earnings soften.
