Timing:  The stock is trading off its six month lows, but is still well below the highs of November.
Reason:  We believe that the real estate market will begin to turn around in some of the hardest hit areas within the next year. With a two-times return, this fund should perform well.

Reason:  This ETF holds REITs, primarily invested in multifamily and commercial properties. The fund has had a nice return on the investment. We do not see strong growth in this area over the next year and would like to invest in a higher growth area.
