Timing:  The fund has appreciated significantly over the last two months.
Reason:  Treasury yields remain extremely low, despite a dramatic increase in money supply from the stimulus package. Both Warren Buffet and George Soros have suggested that Treasuries may be the latest asset class to experience a bubble. We expect Treasury yields to rise and prices to fall significantly at some point.

Reason:  We believe interest rates will remain low for the foreseeable future and the money could be put to better purpose.
