Timing:  We bought in the middle of the six month range.
Reason:  Mass market beer sales tend to be robust during recessions. The strong economy has favored more expensive craft beer over the mass market brands sold by Molson Coors, depressing TAP's stock price. Our portfolio has relatively few defensive stocks and estimates of the likelihood of entering a recession in the next year have been rising.

Timing:  x
Reason:  Traditional beer sales have been declining. Although beer sales are down, craft beers have had some increase. Molson Coors has not adapted to meet the changing consumer preferences and is losing market share.
