Timing:  We bought a bit above the midpoint of the six month range.
Reason:  The market has been volatile lately and the yield curve is close to inverting. Generally, alcohol sales are reasonable recession proof. The recent Coors acquisition has increased the number of brands offered by TAP. The company has a number of historical, lower-priced offering which should do well in a recession. The company has expanded its premium lines which tend to have higher margins. The company's EBITDA is growing.

Timing:  x
Reason:  Traditional beer sales have been declining. Although beer sales are down, craft beers have had some increase. Molson Coors has not adapted to meet the changing consumer preferences and is losing market share.
