Timing:  We bought near the top of the six month range.
Reason:  Square has an increasing market share of the point-of-sale (POS) market for small to medium sized businesses. The company recently divested Caviar, a food delivery platform, which was under-performing. The company seems to be a solid path to profitability. Square is also growing its ecosystem, offering inventory management, financing, and other products.

Timing:  x
Reason:  A large proportion of small businesses are shut down as the nation strives to "flatten the curve" of COVID-19 transmission. Square's customers are concentrated in the small to medium size, and 65% of its revenues are transaction-based. We anticipate that Square's business will suffer in the next few quarters.
