Timing:  The stock rebounded significantly before we purchased, but the stock is still down over 70% from recent highs.
Reason:  Stock prices of firms in the travel industry, particularly cruise line companies, have fallen dramatically in the wake of COVID-19. A number of cruise ships with ill passengers were turned away from multiple ports as more and more passengers became ill. Congress is close to passing a bailout bill which will provide relief for the travel industry. RCL experienced fewer problems than some of its competitors. It is currently trading at half of its tangible book value after accounting for debt.

Timing:  x
Reason:  Some of the earliest super-spreading COVID-19 events happened aboard cruise ships. We believe cruise line profits will take a significant amount of tie to recover. RCL stock has nearly doubled from when we purchased in March and we believe that other opportunities are now more attractive.
