Timing:  We bought near the six month high.
Reason:  President Obama is encouraging NASA to use outside companies to perform many functions. Orbital Sciences offers high reliability at an attractive price. In addition, plans to create a network of small satellites to improve communication coverage will play to Orbital Science's strengths.

Reason:  With the substantial cutbacks in military spending, we do not anticipate strong growth in Orbital Science's revenues in the near term.
