Reason:  MTN's new "Epic Pass," which serves as a lift ticket at all of its resorts worldwide has driven revenue growth and will continue to do so.

Reason:  Vail Resorts has grown by acquiring top destinations. As the number of top resorts is fixed, it may be harder for Vail to grow in the future. Climate change is reducing snow at many resorts, which may adversely affect Vaoil The new Ikon pass is competing with the Epic pass. We decided to trim our position.
