Timing:  The stock dropped significantly several weeks ago.
Reason:  Kroger is the largest grocery store chain in the US, operating more stores than the next two largest chains combined. Kroger's share price dropped 35% when Amazon announced its acquisition of Whole Foods. Kroger has a far larger footprint than Whole Foods and although some grocery shopping has moved on line, we believe that the impact on Kroger in the short run will be modest and that the market overreacted to the announcement.

Timing:  x
Reason:  Grocery stores have very thing margins limiting future upside. Kroger has been late to offering delivery services as compared to many of its competitors. The company beat earnings recently after missing earnings for several quarters and the stock has been up, making it a more attractive time to exit.
