Timing:  We bought near the six month high. However, the ETF has traded in a very narrow range over the last six months.
Reason:  The managers recommended the ETF as a chance to diversity internationally without taking on a large amount of firm-specific risk.

Reason:  While the managers like the idea of investing in emerging markets, the group believes that there are better opportunities than ILF, both because the class favors some other regions over Latin America, and because the class would rather pick specific companies over an ETF.
