Company Description:  Integrated Device Technology Inc. (IDT) designs, develops, manufactures and markets a broad range of high-performance semiconductor products. Applications for the Company's products include: data networking and telecommunications equipment, such as routers, hubs, switches, cellular base stations and other devices; storage area networks; other networked peripherals and servers; and personal computers. IDT fabricates substantially all of its semiconductor wafers using advanced CMOS (complementary metal oxide silicon) process technology in the Company's own fabrication facilities. The Company assembles or packages the majority of its products in manufacturing facilities that it owns in Malaysia and the Philippines, where it also conducts product test operations.
