Reason:  GrubHub has consistently beat earnings projections (12 out of last 14 quarters)and has had a 30% yoy growth in revenue. The company recently acquired Eat24 which possibly will give a >50% market share. GrubHub is best positioned out of its competitors to capitalize on the stay-home trend as it matures. The company has been profitable since 2011.

Timing:  x
Reason:  GRUB faces increasing competition and has been cutting its guidance. Analysts have been downgrading their recommendations. We sold Grubhub to generate cash for other, more promising investments.
