Timing:  We bought toward the top of the six month range.
Reason:  eBay originally made its name by creating an online market which allowed geographically dispersed consumers to trade. eBay now connects merchants, from small to large, with customers. As the company has expanded, eBay has introduced customer guarantees and spread into the alternative payment arena. eBay has moved aggressively into new electronic markets and is now developing mobile payments, too. We believe eBay will continue its rapid expansion over the next few years.

Timing:  0
Reason:  eBay's site is less easy to use than Amazon's Marketplace. Our analysts believe that eBay will continue to lose share to other online retailers.
