Timing:  We bought near the six month low.
Reason:  Canadian Solar is a strong firm in an industry that is expected to double in the next four years. CSIQ has a well-diversified revenue stream geographically.

Timing:  0
Reason:  Canadian Solar's price declined following the 2016 election, as concerns about the future of tax breaks for solar grew. The president's recent decision to place restrictions on solar panel imports further hurt Canadian Solar. We concluded that the company may have weak prospects in the near term and we would be better off investing elsewhere.
