Women in Leadership I focused on you as an individual leader (or self-leading). Women in Leadership II focuses on outward facing leadership: leading others and your organization.<\/p>\n<p>The program is taught by women. It is a cohort-style program focused on content, networking, and community aspect, which is essential to any leader\u2019s success. The experience will challenge how you think and provide actionable takeaways to bring back to your organization.
