Editor’s Note: As the school year rapidly comes to a close, the Eccles Newsroom reached out to students to ask about their favorite Eccles Experience they had this year. In this Q&A, Tessa Mills, a senior in Accounting and president of the Women in Business for Undergraduates club, discusses her Eccles Experience with a recent speed networking event. The Women in Business Club for Undergraduates is a club dedicated to enabling and empowering women academically, professionally and personally. See more about the club here.

Tessa MillsName an event that you attended:

One of the events I attended at the David Eccles School of Business was a speed networking social that was hosted by Women in Business Club.

What did you take away from this event?

It was an awesome event, and I met tons of successful women in the business field. It was great to hear their advice, and be able to learn about opportunities in different companies. I am thankful for the opportunities that the Women in Business Club and the Eccles School have given me!
