If you’re looking for a quick and healthy breakfast, you’ve found it. I’ve been making these pancakes almost every day before school and am so in love! They keep me full all morning and are packed with protein. The best part? They’re carb-free AND only three ingredients.
2 Tbs chia seeds
Blend those ingredients together in a blender and wallah! Pancake batter that you would never expect from just a banana, eggs, and chia seeds. Heat up a skillet and proceed to regular pancake cooking procedures. (Cook on medium heat and flip to cook both sides.) I like to top mine with fresh fruit! Another good option would be peanut or almond butter.
