Fred Fairclough

Fred W. Fairclough, Jr. has served as a director of People’s Utah Bancorp and Bank of American Fork since 2000. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Primary Children’s Hospital Foundation, as Director-Emeritus of Health Sciences Advocates at the University of Utah Medical Center, and as a director of the Ivory-Boyer Real Estate Center at the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. Previously, he was a commissioner of the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City from 1994 to 2002, including two terms as Chair, as well as a director of Advanta Bank Corp from 2000 to 2010. In 1976, he co-founded Bonneville Real Estate Capital, a commercial mortgage bank based in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he was President from 1976 to 1998, and a consultant from 2002 to 2015. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Utah in 1971.

In 2007, Fred and Bob Moore were instrumental in helping create the Master of Real Estate Development program at the David Eccles School of Business.
