Brad Holmes
President, Larry H. Miller Real Estate

As President for Larry H. Miller Real Estate (LHMRE), Brad oversees the ongoing development, construction, and management of properties owned and operated by the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, which, among other things, includes car dealerships, movie theaters, corporate offices, and facilities for multiple sports teams. His day-to-day responsibilities include management of project planning and design, obtaining city and manufacturer approvals, and strategic activities related to the purchase, sale, and redevelopment of properties including the oversight of $125M in renovations to Vivint Smart Home Arena.

Prior to joining LHMRE in 2012, Brad earned a master’s degree from the University of Utah in real estate development. He followed this with a successful career managing residential sales and construction throughout Utah, later expanding into Idaho and Arizona.  Brad also spent time as a regional manager for one of the largest mobile home property management companies in the western United States, learning the ins and outs of that unique segment of the real estate world.

Including his time with LHMRE, Brad has over 15 years of experience in real-estate and has overseen more than $400M in construction development acquisitions, not to mention major renovations, property sales, and transactions that required the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
