Entrepreneur is a verb at the David Eccles School of Business and Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute at the University of Utah. Students learn and grow by doing. You are welcome to get involved in many ways. Apply to join our new Master of Business Creation (MBC) program. Enroll in the Lassonde+X, our three-course introductory program for undergraduates. Get a major, minor or certificate from our Department of Entrepreneurship & Strategy. Participate in workshops and competitions at the Lassonde Institute. Use our 3-D printers to prototype your idea. Or live, create, launch at our world-class Lassonde Studios facility. Entrepreneur with us.

Master of Business Creation
A specialized graduate degree program for founders committed to launching their startup company aided by an innovative, application-focused curriculum and access to mentoring, funding, and scholarships. Enroll in person or online.
Lassonde+X
An introductory program for undergraduate students from all majors (the X) to learn the entrepreneurial mindset, explore and practice entrepreneurship, and build skills to succeed in the future.
Major, Minor, Certificate & Electives
The Department of Entrepreneurship & Strategy at the Eccles School offers many academic options for students to explore entrepreneurship as a major or a minor or to fulfill elective requirements.
Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute
The Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute is the hub for student entrepreneurship and innovation at the University of Utah and provides numerous extracurricular programs for students to experience entrepreneurship.
Lassonde Studios
All students at the U are welcome to “live, create, launch” at Lassonde Studios, a five-story facility with a large innovation space on the main floor and four stories of student housing above.
