1270 – Analysis of Argument.

Study of argumentation–reasoning, issues, audience analysis–in decision-making contexts. Analysis and critical evaluation of persuasive and argumentative messages.

Investigates the intersection of work and family as it affects identity, quality of life, and quality of relationships.

Survey of communication research and theory across a variety of interpersonal relationships.

Investigation of theory and contemporary research across the interpersonal communication discipline.

Theoretical and case study examination of communication patterns and processes in healthy and distressed families.
