As a seasoned HR business professional specializing in talent management, employer relations, and full cycle recruiting, Cindy is excited to bring her unique talents to the MBA Career Management Center. Having spent more than 15 years helping startup technology and education companies with talent strategy and acquisition, she is a skilled talent coach that is able to articulate the unique qualifications of MBA students to potential employers.
Cindy also oversees the daily operations of the MBA Career Management Center, develops new internship and employment opportunities for students, and provides professional coaching to help graduate students achieve their career goals.
Cindy calls Park City home and enjoys mountain sports, cooking, and traveling with her husband and three kids. She has a BS in Human Resources and has studied Organizational Behavior at George Washington University.
