Master of Real Estate Development

One of only a handful of such programs in the world, the Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program at the David Eccles School of Business delivers the knowledge and hands-on experience you need to build and sustain a successful real estate career. What’s more, the program gives you a clear and uncommon edge in today’s increasingly sophisticated and specialized world.

The program employs a flexible format, with late-afternoon and evening classes that accommodate both working professionals and full-time students.

The Eccles School provides a variety of scholarships for applicants. Applicants are evaluated for a scholarship holistically based on GPA, academic and professional achievements, and financial need. The scholarship amounts vary.

Experiential Programs

Each year, MRED students have the opportunity to join a study trip and explore real estate in the U.S. or the world. Trips are led by the director of the Ivory-Boyer Real Estate Center and supported by MRED staff and faculty. While traveling, students network with alumni and real estate leaders, applying their classroom knowledge to the real world.
