Return on Investment of this program typically is 5 to 20 times the cost of tuition when measured by annual cost savings from the project alone.

Program Description

This program empowers manufacturing leaders to increase efficiencies, improve margins and allocate resources in your organizations. A Master Black Belt will instruct you on how to implement the five-phase DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) model, and challenge you to complete a process-improvement project based on Lean and Six Sigma principles. In addition to generating a great ROI for your organization, you will earn a Green Belt Certification following completion of your project. For example, most projects completed this year in our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt courses resulted in annual savings of 50 to 1,000 times the course tuition for the attendee.

This program is designed specifically for leaders in manufacturing environments, where data is more extensive and process testing more complex. If your job doesn’t deal with manufacturing, we have a great program that teaches similar principles tailored to other industries. Check out Lean Six Sigma for Non-Manufacturing Industries.
