Congratulations to Dr. Jennifer Robinson on being selected to receive the David Eccles Award for Leadership. Jennifer serves as associate director in the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute – an initiative of the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.
“Dr. Robinson serves in community leadership roles that include the Utah Commission on Women and the Economy (a gubernatorial appointment), the University of Utah’s Veterans Day Committee, the Salt Lake Chamber Capitol Club, and serves as the chair of the St. Paul’s Preschool Board of Directors,” wrote one nominee. “She’s also a frequent advisor to legislators, local elected officials and senior public employees.”
A natural leader and friend to all, Jennifer is a committed team player. In her role at the Gardner Institute, she has worked diligently for the past three years to build critical relationships with stakeholders across campus, locally and statewide.
She leads the Gardner Policy Institute’s Campus Advisory Team, which includes partners from other colleges as she supports the institute’s mission to be a vital gathering place for independent economic, demographic and public policy thought leadership.
