In case you were unaware, there is only one month left of school! While you may be stressed about upcoming finals, it may also be a good time to start preparing for you summer plans, whether that be an internship or learning abroad experience.
For those of you who are taking advantage of the programs offered through Eccles Global, here are tips to ensure a great experience, as told by former students who participated in overseas learning opportunities.
- Pack light, and carefully — start thinking about it now!
- Plan everything for all of your side trips as soon as possible to get the cheapest flights!
- Start trying to learn the new language if there’s one. (Have you tried the app Duolingo?)
- Learn as much as you can about your new country before you get there.
- Most importantly, GET EXCITED!
